Hannah holds a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from University College London and an undergraduate degree in Experimental Psychology from the University of Oxford. Her diverse training allows her integrate treatment from multiple therapeutic modalities, and she draws from Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), Schema Therapy (ST), and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) to offer evidence based, personally tailored treatment to everyone she sees. She believes that a strong, warm therapeutic relationship is crucial, but also knows how important it is for someone to feel surrounded by a strong team of supporters, so guides her clients to maximise the personal and professional help that they need to thrive.
In addition to her clinical practice, Hannah offers supervision and consultancy to other mental health professionals. Across the rest of her week, she holds a strong focus on leadership within mental health organisations and non-profits, including her current position of CEO at Winchester Youth Counselling (a mental health charity in Hampshire) and her time as the founding CEO of Mind HK (a major mental health charity in Hong Kong). She regularly represents these important causes in the media, publications and through the production of relevant research. In her spare time, she can be found outside in nature with her family and unruly rescue dogs.
