At Central Health London, we aim to provide high-quality, transparent care. We understand that fees can be an important part of deciding on your treatment, so this document outlines our consultation charges and related costs to help you make informed choices. Unlike many clinics, our doctors do not receive payment for ordering investigations such as blood tests or scans, and we have no income-generation targets. You can be confident that any recommendations are made solely in your best interest. If you have any questions about our fees, please feel free to contact us.
Cancellation Policy
We require 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment without charge. For Monday appointments, notice must be given by 11am the preceding Thursday.

Cancellations with 24–48 hours’ notice: 50% of the appointment fee

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or non-attendance: 100% of the fee
Private Medical Insurance
If you have private medical insurance, please check your policy before your appointment — particularly your level of outpatient cover and reimbursement limits.
GP consultations are usually not covered by UK-based insurers. You’ll need to self-pay and reclaim, where possible.
For paediatrics, psychiatry, obstetrics, and psychology, many of our clinicians are recognised by major insurers however insurers may not cover full fees. Please confirm any shortfalls and obtain pre-authorisation (for both consultant and facility) before your visit.
