Dr Daniel Masud

Dr. Daniel Masud is a Consultant Psychiatrist specialising in General Adult Psychiatry, Addiction Psychiatry, and Adult ADHD, with over a decade of experience within leading NHS and independent centres of excellence. He is widely regarded for his work with complex, high-acuity presentations, and for delivering care defined by precision, discretion, and a deeply personalised approach.
Dr. Masud consults at Central Health London, a highly regarded private mental health clinic known for its clinical excellence, discretion, and bespoke approach to care. In parallel, he serves as Deputy Lead for Addictions and Extended Services at Nightingale Hospital, where he oversees specialist programmes within one of the UK’s most established private psychiatric institutions. Dr. Masud consults at Harbor London, supporting a select cohort of individuals and families, including international clients, who require a highly tailored and confidential standard of care. He also holds practising privileges at NAYA Health, contributing to advanced treatment pathways that integrate precision neuromodulation with evidence-based and trauma-informed therapies.
Dr. Masud is co-founder of Miracourt, an independent service established to provide a more considered, relationship-led model of psychiatric care. His work is grounded in the belief that meaningful clinical outcomes arise from a sophisticated understanding of the individual—extending beyond diagnosis to encompass personal history, environment, and the subtleties that shape psychological experience.
His practice is characterised by a calm, measured, and highly attentive style. He works closely with each patient to develop bespoke treatment strategies that prioritise continuity, discretion, and depth, often coordinating care across multiple domains where complexity requires it. Central to his approach is the therapeutic relationship, which he regards as fundamental to sustained and meaningful change.
Dr. Masud has particular expertise in treatment-resistant depression, addictions, and adult ADHD, and holds an endorsement in Addiction Psychiatry. His experience spans outpatient, inpatient, and bespoke specialist services, enabling him to design and oversee seamless, high-touch care pathways for those requiring an elevated level of clinical input.
He is an Approved Clinician under Section 12(2) of the Mental Health Act 1983 (as amended 2007), is listed on the GMC Specialist Register, and holds a licence to practise with the General Medical Council (GMC No. 7454427). He works with self-funding patients and is recognised by leading UK and international private medical insurers.
Dr. Masud’s practice reflects a commitment to clinical excellence delivered with discretion, nuance, and respect for the individual—supporting patients in achieving clarity, stability, and enduring psychological wellbeing within a carefully considered and confidential framework.
