Consultation Fees
We believe trust is fundamental to all aspects of healthcare and this includes clinicians fees.
Our experience over more than three decades of operating a leading, internationally recognised, clinician-led medical practice has demonstrated that the highest standards of care are achieved when our doctors are supported to exercise independent clinical judgement, focused solely on delivering the best outcomes for patients, within a culture of integrity, transparency, and robust clinical oversight.
Our approach allows us to offer exceptional care without any conflicts of interest with clear, transparent fees, so you can plan your treatment with confidence.

Cancellation Policy
We ask for at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment without charge.
For Monday appointments, notice must be given by 11.00am on the preceding Thursday.

24–48 hours’ notice: 50% of the appointment fee

Less than 24 hours’ notice or non-attendance: 100% of the appointment fee
This policy allows us to offer same day general practice appointments making the best use of clinical time.
Private Medical Insurance
If you plan to use private medical insurance, we recommend checking your policy details before your appointment, including outpatient cover limits and reimbursement levels.

GP consultations are not usually covered by UK-based insurers and are typically self-pay, with reimbursement claimed directly where applicable.

For paediatrics, psychiatry, obstetrics, and psychology, many of our clinicians are recognised by major insurers. However, insurers may not cover fees in full.
